Primary Care Arlington - VHC Physician Group

My doctor is fine; the administrative staff leaves ALOT to be desired. Most fundamental problem: poor patient service with regard to phone scheduling. If you call to schedule an appointment but all reps are busy, they inform you that if you leave a message, your call will be returned "by the end of the day." Four messages at four different times and that NEVER happened.
