Potomac River Running Shop

I needed a great pair of walking shoes before I went to New York with my niece. I went here for what I believed would be knowledgeable staff that would select shoes that fit my needs. I bought a pair of shoes based on their advice. I wore them to NY, and by 0900 in the morning my feet were hurting something terrible. My husband told me that my toes were right at the end of the shoes and couldn't understand why the staff didn't notice that. By the time I got the shoes off, my big toe was sore and the toenail was black and blue. I returned the shoes as soon as I returned home. My trip to NY was over Labor Day, and today I lost the entire toenail. It has been a long, painful process, and it's not over yet. I will not be returning to this shop again.

The girl who worked there was very patient with me. She brought out at least 8 pairs of shoes for me to try on until I was sure of the shoes I wanted. Even though I already told her I ran overpronation, she still evaluated me to trust but verify. A big plus in my book and I would go back again and recommend.
