Sent 7 e-mails to request the status of my order and when it would be shipped. No response. Called the number on the website. recorded message directing people to their website and provided an e-mail address. Look up 21770 Beaumeade Circle, Ashburn VA 20147 on Google Maps. It's an EMPTY FIELD. This must be some cheesy home-based operation.

Ordered a Bissel roller brush. Took 6 weeks to get the part. They sent the wong part. Emailed them 5 times with no reply. What a waste of time.
