The experience at this particular pizza hut was beyond horrible. As soon as me and a couple others walked in we waited a while at the door to be seated after seeing a waitress continuing to sweep the floor we picked out our own table. We seated our selves and with waiting watching her continuing to sweep the floor I walked up to the counter to ask if we order at the counter or they come to us. They said I can do both even tho me and the party of four I was with was dining in. After a good 8 minutes the cook came around and assisted us while the waitress continued to sweep the floor. At this time I wanted to just get up and leave because the customer service was horrible I've never been somewhere when you at least walk in the door you're not even acknowledged when coming in after 20 mins the food was brought out but asked it to be in a box considering there was three young kids at the table and the hot pans wasn't a good idea. Waiting another 20 minutes one of the random guys from the back asked if everything was okay at the table which it wasn't we was still waiting for a order that was already made to be put in a box and when the order was brought out the food that was told we was waiting on was not even hot this place either needs new management or new employees that actually value there job let alone know good customer service skills I've worked in and out of customer service for over 10 years now and the experience I had was completely unacceptable. Would I recommend anyone to this pizza hut location? No I would not because having to go thru such bad experience and still having to pay for the bill at the end I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go thru that.
