I came here, to have my tire changed. I had spent 5 hours waiting for my tire to be changed I kept trying to ask what the delay was and they told me that I was in line. I miss the whole day's work because of this, there was no apologies from the side of Pep Boys, in fact they treated me with disdain, with an attitude of how dare I complain that I've been waiting for so long. After the 4th hour of waiting they informed me that they had lost my car keys, you would think that they would starts searching frantically for my car keys. No I didn't search for at Frank to frantically, they search for it with the enthusiasm of a sloth. After the 5th hour, they told me that my car was finally being taken care of, as if expecting me to say congratulations and thank you so much for doing something that could have been done within 20 minutes. I will never ever go here again, if I was stuck in the desert and this was the only place open that sold water, I would find another resource for my liquids, no matter how bad it tasted. Do not try to have anything down here, unless you are masochist and enjoy the pain of being humiliated, your time wasted, degraded and ignored.
