Brian Rush came, the Area Manager, to our business on 11/19/15 to assist with a dead rodent in our vent. He was COMPLETELY rude and unprofessional to our owner and all of our staff, asking our owner to "crawl under the crawlspace first" before he would troubleshoot the problem and go underneath the foundation to address the issue. He was unable to assist with any of our issues and was completely unprofessional.
