Novant Health UVA Bull Run Family Medicine - Haymarket

Based on a recommendation from a friend I tried to schedule an appointment with Doctor Min. I wasn't able to get anything for two weeks ok fine I'm a new patient it happens. 4 days before the appointment I get a call the doctor will not be in the office. I told them I would call back next week when I get a better idea of my schedule. Then they tell me there is nothing for another two weeks. I asked the lady on the phone if there is anyway to help since I've already been waiting two weeks and I was told no. Not a very helpful or caring staff if you ask me.

Service has detiorated over the months. Even with an appointment, you have to wait 45 mins to get a shot from the nurse...mind you this is not a dr appointment...just a nurse appointment for a shot! They don't call you back with test results promptly. I am still awaiting an update 2 weeks after the test!!!! Pathetic service..if your practice doesnt value your patient's time, then dont schedule appointments. The only reason i came to the practice was because my primary dr moved to this practice! Get your act together if you dont want to lose patients!
