The front office receptionist said I missed my appointment that was scheduled for 3:20. She said it was 2:50 (wrong). I've never missed an appointment and never would have booked one for 2:50 as I could not leave work that early. I was in a great deal of pain and needed to be seen, but she was adamant that there was no possibility the mistake was on their end. I will go elsewhere as I haven't been particularly satisfied with the doctors' assessments and treatment (or lack therof) of my plantar fasciitis and shoulder problem. The indifferent attitude of the receptionist towards the situation and her lack of attempt to accommodate me with a new appointment to see the doctor as soon as possible sent a clear message that the office does not care about their patients.
