I have had my nails done here about 5-6 times, and I always hope for the best. I am very flexible, so as long as they do a good job, I am ok with it. But today, this lady just dropped the ball. Sara took care of me and she was very friendly and attentive at the beginning.
As she was doing the pedicure, I noticed that one of my toe nails needed to be filed more to look even with the others and I let her know. Then I asked her to please not to add a heavy layer of the sparkly color I chose on top of the black one. I just could not believe it when she said to me: "you are not a customer for me". I still can't believe it. I should have stopped her right there, but as I said, I am pretty easy going.
She also did my hands, and what a rushed and ugly job she did! Oh, and she complained because I had "too much cuticle to remove!" I wanted to leave without paying, but that's not me. I told Susan that was at the cashier what had happened, and she politely asked to redo my nails. She did, and it was much better.
If you are flexible and just want and in and out last-minute mani/pedi, then go ahead and hope for the best. I just would not go there when I want my nails to look perfectly beautiful.
