Nail Magic

Technician was pleasant enough but I have to say that this was my first and last visit to this salon. It was my first pedicure of the season and I was looking forward to a good callus shaving. My feet are really rough - although the young woman doing my pedicure disagreed. She reluctantly performed the lightest touch shaving when I requested that she add that to my service. If I wanted to have a good scrubbing only, I could do that in the shower. I also found their pedicure to be quite expensive also. Too bad, this is a most convenient location. I'm still searching...

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE! STAY AWAY! 5 years old would do better job. Here is why: -nail polish painted over my cuticles that were not taking care at the first place -mani and pedi took around 30 minutes, even though I was the only customer -if you want your feet or hands massage, forget it! not here! -my nails were looking better before I came in -customer service sucks big time! Honestly, I do not understand how do they survive in a place like Old Town. The only thing that make them little more luxurious are the prices. I would think that as a small business and any business for that matter, they would want their clients to be back and become regulars. What a waste of space in a good location
