Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams

So they have great designs and nice sales people... but their furniture is really low quality. I ordered two of the James chairs from them and they were crooked on top (looks like they had bad frames). They saw the pictures I sent them and said they would make new ones right away. Unfortunately the new ones were crooked too!!! What a waste of time. The couch and matching chair I got were also upholstered by someone who really didn't know what they were doing. Honestly, for the money, there are so many other high quality furniture stores out there. Don't waste 4 months on waiting for chairs... then waiting for them to redo them... just to end up with the same crap. Go somewhere else!
