The framing department had told on the phone that they have 4 different float frames but mentioned only 2 were available when I actually got there with my large canvases, which were to be framed. Fortunately I looked through the collection on my own and found a 3rd one. There was a promotion going on but the associate didn't apply it on all of my orders. I double checked and made her realize about the issue, which she then fixed. She was helpful but not really attentive. After coming home I found out that for each of the canvas/frame she added a charge which is not applicable. I had to go next day again to have that charge removed, which they did and refunded the appropriate amount (what if I hadn't checked the breakdown of charges?). The store is in a good newly built shopping complex.
