First of all the mattres is awesome and sales persons they are awesome. Very well 5 stars for them.
One of our order consists of tempurpedic mattress and box and europian stle bed with head board and foot board etc. first issue, we would have been told that box is of no use if you are purchasing bed. The foundation box wont fit in into the bed , this only we came to know after delivery. Next issue, first day of delivery they missed the bed but nicely followed up and delivered next few days. Third , one of the foot board has scratches , its of leather type, seems somebodies returned piece , we only saw this after fixing everything and while placing mattress.
Leaving everything above the mattress is awesome of now and 5 stars for that.
