Went back to the Herndon store (where we originally purchased it) and Mr Ali, who is the new salesman, proposed to exchange it with another hight quality mattress that fitted our requirements. He really went beyond to have the exchange approved and have it delivered after few days. My husband and I really appreciate his knowledge in the business and his high professionalism. We are now happy to report that we love our new mattress.
