Had a good experience with this difficult decision. Lot of selections and was able to understand all the differences between the mattresses from the store employee. Will return for additional mattresses

Called several mattress stores this morning to learn about their delivery times and return policies prior to setting out to shop for a mattress. The person who answered the phone here told me that it was against Virginia law to accept mattress returns (after several other reputable stores in Virginia had discussed their return policies). I don't mind if a store has a no return policy, but don't lie and blame it on the state. We won't be shopping here.

Good Selection But POOR Customer Service:- Pros:- You will definitely find a good selection of Mattress at affordable price as compare to Big stores/outlets. I liked it,10/10 rating. Cons:- Bad/Poor customer service. Reason:- I bought Queen Set from this place and it was about to deliver in 2 business days. Same night i came to know that my brother bought something for me so i called next day to cancel it. I know it was my mistake but i did call in 24 hour to cancel it. When i called guy name Mehdi ( I guess Business Owner ) started saying " why you wasting my time and all, If you don't want to buy why you come and waste time of every one and etc. And asked me to visit shop with my bill. When i visited with Bill he was in a very Bad mood not responding properly. That's BULLISHIT. I know it was my bad but common you are running business you will face different kind of people everyday. Show some courtesy even they are returning. God knows how he will be treating the customer who comes to claim Warranty with them .With this experience i will not visit this place ever again. Only suggestion is just improve your customer service and make your Customer happy. Customer is Everything at the end. Thank you. Good LUCK to your business.
