Matt Elliott and his team really made our entire home purchase an amazing experience. Without Matt Elliott's Realtor Expertise we would have ended up settling for so much worse. First, he found us a new listing and enabled us to view and lock it in through 6 days of back and forth negotiations. The deal was not smooth due to the closing process utilized when the house previously closed as an investment property, but Matt remained positive, and informative throughout the process. When the selling agent did not come through on contractual obligations regarding repairs, Matt contacted a contractor that completed the repairs while the contract was enforced on the seller and sellers agent.
