Thank you Mastercuts for giving my son a great first hair cut! Our stylist was very patient and worked great with my son. He was very scared and she knew how to make the hair cut fun! I would recommend this place to all the moms who don't have two hours to wait for 'crew cuts and pigtails'

Because it was Easter weekend I made an appointment the day before so that I would not have to wait to get my son's haircut. They did not appear to be happy to see us, and we did have a little bit of a wait. That part was no big deal. While waiting I saw the sign that said kids 12 and under is $13.95, and I had told her that my son was 11, but that I wanted to have a shampoo and cut. Song was the name of the person who waited on us, and she did a decent job on the hair cut, and then she took him back to wash his hair. However when we were cashing out I noticed that she charged me for an adult cut $16.95, then $3.00 for shampoo, and $7.00 for conditioner. Being the non-confrontational person I am, I did not say anything but refused to give her a tip. After all she got $13.00 extra dollars already. Today though I look at my account and noticed I was charged $32.34. Another $5.39 this time not authorized, so I will be filing a dispute with my bank. In the meantime, I wanted to write this review to let everyone know how much they overcharged me.
