Now I know why brick and mortar stores are going out of business. Checking out is so painfully slow that I just walked away. If you are able to find an employee, they either won't look at you so as not to engage you, or, if you do get their attention, they know absolutely nothing about the stores products. After 2 hours I just left the store and bought nothing. I stood at counters where employees could not figure out how to check me out. I'm heading home to get on the internet and buy things off Amazon.
