I had my grandmothers dryer looked at for not working and was charged $75 to be told it was because it wasn't getting enough power from the fuse. She was also told if within 30 days she found it was a dryer issue and not what they said her money would be fully refunded. Needless to say it was fixed by someone else by replacing the heating element and they refused to refund her money and even told her they didn't believe her!! Seems like they do know how to take advantage of older people!
