Dr. Burgess is a good doctor. With that being said, this practice is terrible; from the staff, to the nurses, to the lack of support. They are slow, forgetful, and rude. How many vacations can a doctor take, and how many times does a patient have to go without medication because of the doctor and staff? Real half-ass type of practice. Save yourself some time and find a real practice. For the staff that reads this, maybe you'll change your attitudes, and if any Lewis Gale management is reading this, you have some work to do.
