I would have to agree with the previous review. I moved into one of their properties to find one of the bathrooms covered in urine, and food (yes food) in the ventilation system. One would think in this case that an apology would be issued, and a cleaning service would be sent promptly. Unfortunately, this is not the case. We have been moved in for two weeks, and have yet to get a formal response from the company.
I am unfortunately locked into a one-year lease with them. If this keeps up for much longer, I am going to consider early termination just so I don't have to deal with these people anymore.
They seldom answer the phone when you call their office, and their secretary (Judy) is not helpful at all. When ever I call, I am told to "send an email." I am not sure if they are incompetent, inept, or overwhelmed. What a joke of a company.
If you ever deal with these people (especially Mike Skidmore), do not believe anything they say. He will pretend to be nice and cordial in his Southern hospitality, but when it comes to dealing with him for a complaint, or following up on a repair request he is not helpful at all. Once you sign the lease, and turn over your money, these people seem to forget what customer service means.
If you are looking for a slum-lord to manage your property, this is the perfect company for you!
