Red FLAG!!! I called last week asking for someone to give me an estimate on an out of state move. The person "Tina" that I spoke with seemed annoyed with my call, but I wrote it off as a bad day. After not receiving a call back days later, I decided to give Kloke one more opportunity to bid the job. I called again, this time speaking with someone I thought to be the same person. She RUDELY informed me that she was not the same person & when pressed, reluctantly gave me her name "Christina". The conversation continued in such an adversarial manner that I eventually asked if she wanted the opportunity to bid on the job. Christina hung up the phone on me!
Too bad, this is a big job and I've used other United carriers throughout the country for my multiple corporate moves.
Good luck to you Kloke and I hope Christina finds peace & realizes that she has an important role in creating great customer service.
