My husband and I just purchased our first home in DC using Libby Bish and we couldn't have been more pleased. After spending time with her, she listened to our top priorities, narrowed down neighborhoods and with the help of her guidance and expertise, we found our home in DC. She never pressured us to buy (ever!), wouldn't let us settle on something we didn't love (thank goodness!), and was always available to answer questions and show us places (any day/any time). With her negotiation skills, we also got our house 40,000 under what it appraised for. We couldn't recommend Libby more and stand behind her amazing skills and knowledge.
