Barbara Verdi from Keller Williams was extremely helpful in helping us find a property, from multiple options. At the end of the day, one of the listings that someone else had shown us had had mold, and she was able to offer to negotiate with the owner and get the mold removed, and the condition of us moving in. That one was Perfect for us, and we are really happy. She knows her stuff and is pleasant.
