I've been coming here for years and have developed a very friendly relationship with the staff. They've very good about calling me a week before my appointments and are flexible when I have to reschedule. When I got married and brought my wife in, they've been very good about accommodating her unique requirements.
I haven't had a problem yet in the 10+ years I've been seeing them.
