Asked to pay for my wife's haircut over the phone for Mother's Day as a surprise, but the woman at the front desk for whatever reason won't let me do that, and then when my wife gets there, the same woman told her that I called and was going to pay as a surprise!!! Seriously? After the hair dresser continuously told her that she had terrible hair, she didn't even come close to giving her what she asked for. Now my wife is upset from a bad experience and a bad haircut.
