Inova Primary Care - Ballston

My daughter is a new patient at this practice and is really happy with her doctor. She has however relayed to me how rude the front desk staff have been to her and other patients during both visits she has made there. That is truly unfortunate as the first contact at any office should be provided by friendly professionals, not angry and rude staffers.
