I was charged $350 for H&R Block to do my taxes, and it turned out that I wasn't required to file in the first place. I amended my return and gave back my tax refund, and H&R Block is refusing to refund my $350. I've been getting the run around for 2 months now, and the people I need to speak with are conveniently never around. Even management will not return my calls or emails. I will NEVER use H&R Block again and feel that the whole experience was a scam.
