Homewood Suites by Hilton Richmond-Chester

This is a smoking hotel, if you don't like cigarette smoke don't stay here. Tired rooms, carpet has lots of stains, shower curtain rod sagging so that it was hard to keep the curtin shut. The dishwasher had not been emptied just a note saying that the dishes were clean, "Enjoy" enjoy what?, putting them away? Dirty A/C vents and not all the lights worked. Overall cleanliness was below average. On the plus side the windows opened up fully. I wouldn't stay here again.
