The staff at this branch are ok. But I don't like this credit union at all. I only have an account because I have had one since age 6, so I decided to get a 'good deal' on a car loan 3 years ago. When I pay off the loan, I am closing all accounts here ASAP.
Henrico FCU is not recommended. High fees, including ATM fees. Tons of spam mail because of their account problems (10 letters about the same nonsense issue). Won't cash third party checks. They turn off automatic payments without telling you if you don't have sufficient funds in the account. They will put your account in the negative and then charge you a fee for it being in the negative, again without telling you.
Get an online bank like Charles Schwab Bank or Ally bank, and get your loans from a mortgage broker.
