We booked a vacation on Sept 20 of this year for early Nov. After paying in full and trying to contact the owner multiple times (via email, text and phone calls) for details, it took 2 weeks for her to finally get back to us and when she did she emailed us to cancel our trip to her cabin with less than 1 week left. This left us in a huge bind with travel plans already made but no where to stay. This was completely unprofessional and inappropriate behavior on the owner's part.
