I moved to the city recently and have been looking for a good salon. Found this salon online and fell for 5 star rating. It's a freelancer kinda haircut professional shop, and hence no standard rates for services as all the professional have their own individual rates. Not sure if that's the trend but I guess they should inform this to every new customer. The salon is beautifully decorated, but two stars are for the services I got. The lady assigned to me asked what kinda hairstyle I am looking for and when I showed the pic I was looking for, I never got that hairstyle but definitely got Charged for that. Being Asian I have straight hair, She used flat iron instead of blow drying my hair despite of the fact, I kept saying I'm looking for volume in my hair. I am refraining to use the word hairstylist for her coz one should know what to do with different texture of hair. I reached to a point where I felt just to pay and leave. The owner Maria is nice and I told my concern later and she offered me to get the hair cut I want, but from the same lady, and in my mind I was like no way, don't want to ruin my hair more I would have rather gone to Walmart salon, save some money and yet get the basic and voluminous hair cut. NOT going back again: -(
