I was appauled at the lack of professionalism of the individual I was required to contact when I purchased property managed by Harrison & Lear. She was hostile on the telephone, refused to answer my questions, told me to find the answers in the 200+ pages of condo docs that had been sent to me, and was one of the rudest individuals I have encountered in my professional career. Not a positive experience, and I would warn folks to be cautious with "Liz".
