Great customer service. I received a pair of nice leather gloves for Christmas from this store and they had a defect. I live far away from Culpeper so couldn't just go return them. They said to just ship them back and they exchanged them quite promptly, even paid for postage on the way back to me. Update: I was back in Culpeper this weekend and got to stop in. Everyone was really nice in the store. My wife and I each bought one of their wonderful line of flannel shirts, which might be my new favorite shirt They also carry Filson, products which is great!

The only problem with this store is the size. It's not big enough! Really friendly and attentive woman working when I visited who helped me find something I would not otherwise have found.
