The food was great but I was just fascinated by how professional their morning manger is. At the the time of my visit, his name is "Troy" and he is polite and supportive both to the customers and his staff. I watched him train a cashier and he didn't just point out a mistake, he explained how it should be done and gave her a chance to explain, ask questions, etc. He didn't criticize and they parted with a smile on her face. He was respectful and kind to the elderly in line today as well. Yesterday I had breakfast there again and they were short a cook. He apologized to everyone for the wait, explained the reason, and no one grumbled due to how he presented the situation. Oh..., and today during my wait I noticed that he was the only one who made use of the hand washing station. I'm not saying the the rest don't practice proper food service hygiene, but as a Manager he obviously practices what he preaches.
