Hampton Inn & Suites Smithfield

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the entire facility. My room barely had a place that had not been gone over. The entire staff was friendly and more than accommodating. I was surprised to see it was rated a two star. Accommodations is not what makes a place a 5 star hotel. Its the people. And the stars in this placed shined. Something does not always need to be great to be good, sometimes it just needs to be clean. And that is what most people want when they are away from home, to feel clean. Thanks to all for making my stay the most pleasant in a long time. And a special thanks to housekeeping.

Very clean hotel. They have great breakfast, friendly staff, very accommodating, delicious cookies in the evening available to guests. The beds are comfortable. I can't find one negative thing to put here. Bravo!

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, (hot) breakfast was a hit or miss.
