I had an allergic reaction to eye drops given to me. I called them and they prescribed me the "generic" form of the same eye drops despite my explanation that I had an allergic reaction. Really??? Non-caring, lack of communication - never again. Update: I just returned from my new eye doctor - My eye pressure is in the normal range (taking into account the thickness of my cornea) - so the glaucoma meds were prescribed unnecessarily - please shop around - be careful.
