The Greener Side

Called to request an estimate for temporary service on a rental property and was told they'd provide an estimate within 48 hours. Never received follow-up call. Called a week later and was told they don't handle "temporary" jobs, only full season. Very nice on the phone, but incredibly poor follow-up and disappointed it took a week before I was informed of their "policies." Looking for new company now.

Great customer service and attention to detail. The bid was fair and the work was done quickly. I've seen other landscape companies in Alexandria but their work doesn't look as good. My patio looks great and the landscaping is wonderful. The guys on the crew are very nice. I highly recommend these guys!
