Great Clips

The second worst haircut I have had in twenty years. My hair looks horrendous. As soon as Tom saw how long my hair is, he scoffed audibly - presumably because he did not want to take the time to cut it. I told him three times that I want to maintain the length of my hair and just wanted layers. I showed him some images of them. I did feel badly throughout the cut because my hair is really long and, of course, he is trying to make a living and benefits from working through people quickly for the tips. I planned to pay him a 75% tip because I actually felt that badly. My hair WAS down to my bottom. At the end, my hair looks like trash; I lost three inches of hair, and my layers look atrocious. Like comically bad. They're ridiculous! They are not at all what I asked for, nor are they anything that any woman would ever ask for. My hair was so pretty before I went in :( I guess he just felt too lazy to actually give me a decent haircut. I have gone to Great Clips for 15 years at a different location and always absolutely loved my hair at the end of a cut. I am appalled that this gentleman would have the audacity to let me walk out of the store with that hair. I still paid him a 30% tip because I am nice - not because he deserved it. I look a hot mess, and I'm a student, so there's no way that I'll be able to pay someone better to fix it now that I blew that much money on Tom's haircut.
