I originally went to Gentle Dental a while ago when my mom took me. From day one, everyone was pleasant, super friendly and very helpful. I love how thorough they are and informative everyone is each step of the way. I moved away and came back several times and EACH AND EVERY TIME THEY KNEW WHO I WAS!!! The level of customer service is out of this world. You would think people would forget you after you avoid the dentist like the plague but each time I come back, they are warm and welcoming. I love gentle dental. Everyone is awesome!!
Side note: the couches in the waiting room are super comfortable every time I come in. It's like sitting on a pillow.
