Doctors are great, I’ve been seeing Dr.Choi for many years and have always been happy with how he treated me. However the staff is not good. I had to call many time to try to get the results of a test sent to my surgeon (who dr Choi referred me to), they have been coordinating my care for almost a year and my surgeon sent him treatment notes every time I saw him. I asked three people in person to send the results to my surgeon and gave his name. It wasn’t not done.. so I called. After multiple calls over a few days my results still hadn’t been sent to my surgeon. Then I was told I needed to records release form, even though they already communicate about my care. I asked to be emailed the form..never got it. Asked to get a call from the manager to voice my concerns about the delay in my care. NEVER GOT A CALL. I even confirmed the message was sent to the manager. It’s not okay to delay a patients care, especially post surgery

Been going to dr parks for years. Definitely won’t be looking for a new gi any time soon. Everyone there is so nice and makes my infusion time enjoyable .
