My fiance and I went to this location in search of a controller another location said they had. They had it, but it was bought before we could get there. From the time we walked in until the time we left Christopher went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me find one! He was upset the other store didn't call and have it held for me and started randomly entering in zip codes to find a store that had the exact one I wanted. I have worked retail for 10 years and as a customer this is by far the best customer service experience I've ever had! Christopher deserves all the loot! This store definitely proves its prestige title!! Thank you so very much!!
