The employees are personable and helpful. Store is also well organized.

They are rude and disrespectful when I pre owned one game I came back then they said it is not pre order I went like I did then they kicked me out and I am their favorite comstmer then when I try to pre ordered naruto Storm 4 they did not give me the boruto addition they just gave me a plain recite that just say naruto Storm 4 then i went back to the GameStop then they said ow we didn't see I went like I did then they had atatude with me now the people who can't stand them shut them down !
