Flying Mouse Brewery

Disappointing. This was the second stop on a 5 stop beer tour of Roanoke, and everyone in the group agreed it was the worst of the bunch. Beer was forgettable, and the atmosphere was a little too industrial to be accommodating. There was not sufficient seating, and the staff was impolite. The staff's children were wandering around the brewery. In their defense, they were hosting a company event. On the plus site, branding was on point. I like the t-shirts and wall decorations.

Awesome location for a brewery just off the Appalachian trail. The plase is situated in an old factory that was set up from the start to be a production level brewery. Plenty of room for internal build out. They are very involved in the local community and frequently host events that benefit various organizations.
