I had the privilege of having FH Furr install a new heating/cooling system in my home today. They responded initially with a same day late afternoon plea for assistance. My previous unit went out in the middle of the night during the coldest temps of the year in our region. The experience with this company has been superior from start to finish. There was the very best intake receptionist, then onto the initial technician who visited my home, and finally the installation today. Respectful, courteous, patient, non judgmental, family oriented, etc. This company is veteran owned, and a member of our local Chamber of Commerce. They are simply outstanding!
