Festival Park

I’m a little shocked to read some of the negative reviews on this community. I have had nothing but a great experience here. The community is calm and peaceful, the grounds are kept up well. Very inviting atmosphere. The office staff is nothing short of amazing. Ashley, Stephanie, Lindsey and Daniel are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You can always see Tony working on something around the grounds. Superb place to live.

Nice Apartment complex in the heart of Chester. Restaurants and Stores in walking distance. Outside areas available. Modern-ish Apartments. Fast access to 288 and I-95 Railroad tracks nearby.
