We have had nothing but good and positive experiences at Virginia Family Allergy. We trust in Dr. Smith so much that we have brought other family members to see her and recommend this office to our friends. The front office staff and the nurses are great. While they may not have super bubbly personalities, this comes off as calmness to me, not rude. They are kind, caring and willing to answer any questions you may have honestly. I can't imagine them being rude like the other Google review states. We also have been coming weekly for shots for well over a year so I feel I have a pretty fair opinion. The office is willing to verify your benefits with your insurance ahead of time and I do appreciate them doing so. The office also does require upfront payment of co-pay which is completely understandable. The only thing that led to me giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is how long it takes for my checks to be cashed. I like to pay in advance and I believe checks mailed to them have to go through another office and it just takes longer to hit the books than I would like. But I definitely recommend this allergy office to anyone looking in the Haymarket area.
