Phenomenal service, staff is extremely friendly and very helpful in getting the unit set up and ready to go. Place is nearly brand new and sparkling clean, my unit was literally never rented previously. Easy access for moving via numerous (new) rolling carts, which is a beautiful thing compared to every disgusting Public Storage building on the planet. Great location right off Duke in Alexandria - could literally not recommend this place more.
