Last spring I called Ronnie and he agreed to refinish two tubs for me at my B&B. The day before he was supposed to come he called and said his transmission went out in his truck and he would not be able to come. We rescheduled for a date two weeks later. When that date came he did not show up or even have the courtesy to call me. I had to go the whole season without those tubs being unfinished because it needed to be done before the busy tourist season. Very disappointed in this company.
