Professional Company!
This company was used to video record our church assembly world wide conference in N. Carolina. I wasn't the one to hire this company but, was tasked to assist them in what types of recordings we were looking to be recorded into DVDs.
Ken and his team were quite professional, before the service we sat down and communicated on our individual history in working with A/V. We discussed what we were looking for and he was very willing to assist in this venture for the entire week of both audio and video recordings.
The first taping I reviewed and saw corrections which I thought could be corrected and communicated this to Ken. For the remaining week my job was easy due to the fact how Ken and his team discussed my findings from the first night and corrected them. Not only correcting them but, creating a wow factor in the rest of the taping as well as On-Line Streaming. I commend this company, Ken and his team on the excellent job they did and the professional attitude they displayed. I hope our organization is willing to build a greater relationship with this company for years to come.
I would have given them a 5 star but, there is always room to improve and in speaking to Ken he is always trying to find ways to better his product!
